Minimum Service Hours for Quality Care
At CaringWorks Home Care, we are committed to delivering reliable, consistent, and meaningful care. To maintain the highest standards for both clients and caregivers, we follow a minimum service requirement designed to ensure continuity and quality.
Our Minimum Care Policy
6-hour minimum per visit/shift
Approximately 20 hours per week of scheduled care
These requirements reflect current industry standards—especially in California—where longer, consistent shifts help ensure:

Short or fragmented visits often lead to inconsistent staffing and higher hourly rates. Our minimum hour policy allows us to provide high-quality, dependable care with caregivers who are fully present and able to meet each client's needs.

Cancellation Policy
